N-Tier Solutions Inc. is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Configuration Management professional to support one of our clients in North America. This is a fully remote position.

Job Title: ServiceNow Configuration Management

Location: Philippines - 100% Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

The ServiceNow Configuration Manager defines and manages the Service Configuration Management process as well as making sure that it is integrated with the IT Service Management processes. You need to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing guidance on governance and best practices, while also highlighting the value of the CMDB.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Plan and execute the strategic direction and daily operations of the CMDB within the ServiceNow platform.

• Create, and enforce policies and procedures for governing CMDB data, ensuring its accuracy, integrity, and adherence to compliance standards.

• Work with IT and business teams to set up smooth processes for adding, changing, and removing CIs and services.

• Generate reports for key stakeholders on CMDB governance, maturity, data quality, and upcoming activities.

• Create a plan for integrating the CMDB with other data sources.

• Educate others on CMDB utilization and advocate its value.

• Apply and oversee all aspects of Configuration Management best practices to support the organization

• Guide the organization on Configuration Management concepts, services, policies, and procedures.

• Implement and promote the use of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) within the organization.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Configuration Management background in a large organization.

• Experience in working with and improving ServiceNow CMDB.

• Experience in coordinating and overseeing data policies and ownership, as well as integrating data from other data sources.

• Proficient in ServiceNow CMDB, ServiceNow ITSM, and Microsoft 365.

• A good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) and CSDM.

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.

• ITIL certification is a plus.

• Able to work 8:00AM-5:00PM US Central Time, Monday through Friday.
