We 're looking for a Product Partnerships Manager / Lead to accelerate the use of our transformative HYPRPlant™ product. You will develop an engagement program for industry partners – ranging from other technology suppliers to priority engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) companies. You will be a critical bridge, translating between the local European market landscape and our primary product offering. We are looking for technical project context to structure partnership and collaboration setups. Your mandate is to influence market players and build partnerships that position Electric Hydrogen as the preferred choice in the electrolyzer industry.

You will be an early employee in Electric Hydrogen's expanding European team and help promote and refine our go-to-market strategy in the region. This is a visible, externally facing role for someone who can combine commercial experience with a deep industry and technical knowledge. You will help open Electric Hydrogen's office in Madrid, Spain, setting its culture at its first European office.

You will work in Madrid, Spain reporting into the Head of Strategy and Business Development.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead influence programs that educate and engage strategic partners in the green hydrogen ecosystem

Be the voice of Electric Hydrogen, serving as the primary contact for partners to learn about HYPRPlant and stay informed on company updates

Channel development, including identifying and building partnership structures to expand Electric Hydrogen's reach

Marshall other departments—technical sales, cost estimation, and engineering—to build a comprehensive partner engagement program

Gather and communicate insights from partner interactions to shape Electric Hydrogen's commercial offering and strategy

Qualifications

8+ years of experience working with or at an EPC on industrial projects, on the commercial or product integration side

Background in hydrogen, refineries, or renewable energy project development

Experience leading projects and managing customer-facing relationships

Experience in channel management, business development, or sales

Proficiency in Salesforce and PowerPoint

Degree in a technical field

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.
