Job Responsibilities
Sox Compliance & Controls: Execute and document the internal control framework in compliance with SOX 404. Conduct control reviews to identify weaknesses and partner with process owners to develop remediation actions.
Risk-Base Auditing: Perform risk-based operational, financial, and compliance audits to identify key risks, evaluate mitigation controls, and provide recommendations to improve control effectiveness or process efficiency.
Report and Communication: Ensure well-documented work papers to support the audit conclusion and results.
Issue follow-up Proactively monitor and validate the implementation of management’s corrective actions to ensure issues are resolved effectively and promptly.
Special Projects: Lead or support ad-hoc projects such as investigations, system or process improvement initiatives, etc.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Professional certification, such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), or equivalent, is highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of audit experience, ideally from a Big 4 accounting firm or in a multinational internal audit function. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possessing strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain strong and collaborative relationships with all levels.
Good command of Microsoft Office includes Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with data analytics is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in English and Malay.
Ability and willingness to travel to China-based subsidiaries (approximately 25%) for internal audit activities.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
