Lyle Machinery Co. has been a diversified equipment dealer over 35 years. Founded and located in the heart of Mississippi, we continue to service communities all over the South. With several locations across MS, AL, LA, FL, and TX, LMC performs service and repairs, both on-site and in the field, in addition to the sales, leases and rentals of heavy and compact equipment.

Not only have we been the #1 Komatsu Market Share Dealer in North America for the past 8 years, but we have also been Dealer of the Year for many of our other OEMs with whom we've partnered. As we continue to grow, we are looking for self-motivated employees who work well with others and/or independently in a safe manner.

Due to our tremendous growth, we are looking to add to our Sales team.

Requirements

Requirements

3 years+ success in an Outside Sales Rep role in construction equipment industry

Bachelor's degree in related studies is preferred

Proven track record of growing the business thru strategic plan execution

Must be skilled with Microsoft office, including excel

Must be able to use our operating system(CDK), our CRM, and manufacturer websites

Ability to multi-task

Good communication skills, both written and verbal
