Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sales and marketing objectives for strategic customer targeting, call planning, customer valuation and segmentation across APUS entire product portfolio
Strong working knowledge of relevant software systems (e.g., MS Excel, Access, MS Word PowerPoint, ) is required
Provide analytic, sales reporting, strategic customer targeting and performance measurement to support Health Systems and formulary pull-through programs
Interact with other operations members IC team to outline and review business rules and ensure alignment
targeting and IC plan synchronization
Plan and deliver the annual own retail-training plan the training budget plus support on the training calendar for franchise, key accounts and field for delivery by HR Trainer
Benchmark our trainings with the trainings offered by key competitors
Support the business line through sound governance and tracking of all new hires, ensuring operational risk is proactively managed
Manage and coach project consultants during the course of executing client and internal project assignments
Exercise good judgement in making decisions balancing shareholder risk and client experience
