This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected Facilities Maintenance provider and play a key role in delivering high:quality building services across residential sites in Woking.

; Key Responsibilities : Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.

: Undertake general building services work, including plumbing, drainage, and basic fabric repairs.

: Update and maintain service records through a PDA:based system.

: Coordinate with subcontractors for specialist tasks when required.

: Ensure all work complies with Health and Safety regulations and site:specific procedures.

: Conduct routine inspections and take proactive measures to maintain building performance.

9989; Candidate Requirements : City and Guilds qualifications in Plumbing or Mechanical disciplines.

: Full UK driving licence.

: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, lighting systems, and BMS controls.

: Mechanical bias with basic electrical knowledge.

: Proven background in commercial maintenance.
