Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Java Software Engineer- 5 IAM to join their dynamic team. As a Java Software Engineer- 5 IAM, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting innovative identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Java Software Engineer- IAM

Location: Columbus, Ohio or Irving, TX

What's the Job?

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications related to identity and access management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions using Agile methodologies.

Utilize REST APIs to integrate various systems and enhance functionality.

Lead technical projects, providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.

Ensure compliance with security, quality, and regulatory standards across all deliverables.

What's Needed?

Proficiency in Java and React development frameworks.

Experience working with REST APIs and cloud platforms, preferably OCP Cloud.

Knowledge of C# .NET is a plus, especially for code conversion tasks.

Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and practices.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
