Position Summary
Join U.S. AutoForce, a trusted name with over 100 years of experience in the tire and automotive parts distribution industry. We proudly serve independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 6:00am to 3:00pm, with potential overtime as necessary, based on business needs.
Job Responsibilities
Efficiently load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a dynamic warehouse environment utilizing equipment such as forklifts and picker machinery.
Utilize scanning devices for inventory management and effective tire organization.
Be prepared to lift 50 pounds consistently, with occasional lifts up to 80 pounds. Team lifts and mechanical assistance will be employed for heavier items.
Capable of exerting a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling barrels or larger agricultural tires.
Comfortably work at heights of 25 feet as needed for stock retrieval.
Stay on the move and maintain an active presence on your feet throughout the shift.
Foster a strong culture of safety by adhering to all safety protocols and operating guidelines.
Assist other departments, including e-commerce and inventory, when required.
Other duties may be assigned by supervisors as business demands evolve.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Physical demands include the ability to frequently lift products weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Must also be capable of exerting up to 40 pounds of pushing force. Team lifting or mechanical assistance will be utilized for larger commercial tires.
Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vests, harnesses, seatbelts, and self-retracting lifelines. All equipment is provided by U.S. AutoForce, except for personal steel/composite toe boots. Adhering to safety and manufacturer guidelines for the use of protective equipment is essential.
The work environment may expose you to varying weather conditions and moderate noise levels. Fumes from tires and automotive parts may occasionally be present.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to accurately work with lengthy part numbers.
Demonstrate above-average scanning accuracy.
Must be organized and able to follow directions carefully.
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work at heights of 25 feet.
Willingness to work on your feet for extended periods.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Basic computer and RF scanner experience is preferred.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (note: does not test for THC/marijuana).
