Solutions Architect

The Business Engineering Team is looking for a high performance Solutions Architect with an entrepreneurial mindset.

As a Solutions Architect, you will lead the industry by enabling clients to realize the full potential of Meta's marketing and/or messaging solutions and even defining new solutions.

You will work with executives at top-tier companies on their industry-leading initiatives, translating their business goals into an execution plan using Meta’s suite of platforms and products.

This role will allow you to apply your passion for problem solving to achieving real-world results at Meta scale.

Solutions Architects play a crucial role in understanding the business context and challenges of our partners and transforming them into tangible solutions through the use of our platforms and products.

Working closely with our product teams to ensure that our products are tailored to meet the specific needs of our partners and markets.Our goal is to engineer and accelerate business growth for the partners through our platforms.

Our approach aims to maximize positive impact for our partners as well as the billions of people that use their products and services.

Responsibilities:

Solutions Architect Responsibilities:

Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on Meta's marketing and messaging solutions for some of the most innovative companies in the world

Guide our clients to the most optimal implementations by walking them through the technical details Meta's platform and products

Work closely with sales teams to unlock and develop new opportunities by developing a comprehensive understanding on business goals and industry trends

Work closely and partner with product teams

Understand and apply knowledge of products, technologies and business to build solutions to solve for problems at scale

Build relationships with team members and cross functional partners

Share project updates and insights

Influence decision-making through presentation of data-centric business topics

Participate in interviewing and on-boarding of new team members

Travel Requirment: up to 25% of the time

Qualification and experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience working with software systems including querying, working with data, and working with API development

Experience communicating with technical and business audience at prospects or clients

Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stack

Experience demonstrating knowledge of industry technology areas and trends

Preferred:

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical understanding of Meta advertising and Messaging products (including WhatsApp Business API, Ads and Pages API)

Experience working with API documents, calling APIs using scripts, and testing APIs

Experience with integration projects

Experience in stakeholder management
