Purpose of Position

The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and identifying improvements by planning, implementing, and monitoring software framework solutions. Tasks and Responsibilities

Identify and develop product specification, system design, development, and system integration for new and existing software applications

Provide application support for an SAP ECC R3 environment consisting of AP, AR, FI, CoPa, MM, PO

Collaborate with cross-functional areas on products and programs that will contribute to FSI's strategic direction, development, and future growth

Monitor, configure, and improve integration with SAP

Enter and track time, tasks using Azure Development Ops

Participate in all SCRUM ceremonies

Consult with users on problem determination and provide root cause analysis in a timely manner

Ability to mentor other team members, providing feedback and guidance when needed

Accountable and responsible for the accuracy and completeness of assigned work and results

Prioritize and manage workload and communicate issues clearly

Complete other tasks as required

Travel when required Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience Minimum Experience

7+ years of experience in SAP software development and support Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Advanced experience in SAP ECC R3 configuration and ABAP programming

Solid experience with SAP S4 Hana, BTP, BDC, GRC, SAP Cloud Connector

Experience with SAP Payroll, Successfactors, Fieldglass, Concur is a plus

Upgrade from ECC R3 to S/4 Hana experience strongly preferred

Experience in implementing best practices within the SAP business process framework

Advanced knowledge and experience in the entire software development life cycle including requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation for various development platforms.

Strong written and verbal communications skills

Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
