Entry Level Machine Operator

Job Description

SUMMARY:

Prepares, sets up and operates the bender machine in a safe and efficient manner to bend product to customer specifications and quality standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Other duties may be assigned.

Locates material in the storage area

Operates forklift and overhead crane to move material

Reads and understands bender build sheets

Interprets drawings for setup of bending process

Makes templates as directed

Performs shift preparation for the bender machine

Organizes and prepares for upcoming changeovers

Performs bender setup and operation

Conducts quality checks

Packages bent sheets per customer specificationCompany Description
