This role requires strong background in BPO/VA sales, client negotiations, lead conversion, and managing a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
As a startup company scaling aggressively, we need a Sales Manager who can drive revenue growth, build relationships, and close deals alongside the Founders.
You must have at least 3 years of proven experience in sales management, business development, or client acquisition — ideally in VA Agencies, BPOs, staffing companies, or digital service providers.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing Build and maintain a strong pipeline of AU clients through strategic lead-generation Create and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals Conduct discovery calls and client consultations Pitch company services, pricing, and service packages confidently Prepare sales decks, proposals, and service outlines Work closely with the Executive Team (Mr.
Ramadan & Selyn) on high-level closings Maintain HubSpot or CRM system with updated leads and pipelines Achieve monthly revenue targets and sales KPIs Coordinate with operations for client onboarding and requirements handover Train future sales staff and contribute to building the sales department Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Account Executive Strong background in BPO, VA Hub, outsourcing, or digital agency sales Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills Strong understanding of service-based pricing, outsourcing models, and client objections Experience selling to Australian, US, or UK clients highly preferred Confident, professional, and well-spoken in English Ability to manage high-ticket and long-term sales cycles Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, GHL, etc.) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Preferred Candidate Profile: Natural closer with strong persuasion and rapport-building skills Knows how to handle objections with confidence Understands the psychology of AU/Western business clients Highly organized and results-driven Capable of building the sales team as the company scales Performance Indicators: Deals closed per month Conversion rate (lead client) Revenue and upsell performance Accuracy and completeness of CRM updates Client retention for the first 90 days
