Position Title: Full-time Electrical Engineering Technician

Salary: AUD $77000 + Superannuation

The Employer is a leading Manufacturer in Electrical Switchboards based in Mulgrave VIC is searching for a skilled Electrical Engineering Technician to join their team and be a part of something exceptional.

Tasks include:

• Review engineering drawings and prepare work instructions for the workshop

• Interpret engineering drawings and carry out electrical works

• Electrical panel assembly

• Calibration of machine protection equipment

• Collaborate with machine operators to identify, define, and solve electrical problems

• Attend to all emergency electrical breakdowns

• Preparing maintenance schedule for machines and systems according to safety procedures

• Regular electrical maintenance of the machines.

Skill level required:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• 2+ Years’ experience in electrical maintenance, wiring and installations

• Maintain a professional attitude at all times

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong knowledge of proper safety procedures

• Good team player
