Preferred Industry: Ed-Tech / Customer Support / Inside Sales / Service Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute data-driven strategies to improve student success, retention,

and academic outcomes.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure student progress and identify

improvement areas.

Collaborate with academic, operations, and counseling teams to create a supportive and growth-

oriented environment.

Design and implement innovative programs addressing diverse student needs.

Provide actionable insights to leadership based on student performance data and feedback.

Contribute to fostering a positive and motivating learning experience for all students

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Management, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in student success, academic operations, or edtech roles.

Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis tools.

A passion for student development and academic excellence.

Must Know Tamil or other local languages.
