Hours & Pay
Pay Rate: $20-$25 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Day Shift)

What You'll Do
Prepare presentations, reports, memos, and other administrative documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings, events, travel, and visitor scheduling
Support mass site communications and assist with internal and external messaging
Provide administrative support across HR, EHS, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and R&D
Lead employee engagement activities, site events, and community initiatives
Administer the Learning Management System (HSI) and support employee training sessions
Maintain accurate file systems and ensure compliance with record retention procedures
Order and manage office supplies, conference room scheduling, and shared resources
Oversee company store operations and assist with PPE programs, including safety shoes, eyewear, and uniforms
Receive incoming raw materials and finished goods, verify documentation, and organize receiving reports using SAP
Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement enhancements

What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
2-4 years of administrative experience in a professional or manufacturing environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments
Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
