Salary $85,000–$100,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to Northern California

Key Responsibilities for the 2nd Shift Production Supervisor:

• Oversee production operations during scheduled shifts

• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met

• Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals

• Collaborate with the Production Manager on continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum requirements for this 2nd Shift Production Supervisor:

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a huge plus

• At least 2 years of experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment

• Demonstrated leadership aptitude

• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rotating schedule environment.
