Coordinator, Heavy Maintenance.
Summary of Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating major aircraft inspections, participating in related meetings, and overseeing the full inspection work package while managing workflow. Duties include reviewing work packages, coordinating materials, parts, tooling, and outside services, tracking milestones with the Project Manager, problem-solving, assessing defects, completing technical documentation, supporting purchasing, reviewing work packs, billing groups, and invoices, handling technical documentation and log releases, plus other tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager. This position involves an evening shift from Monday to Thursday.
Qualifications and Skills
Requires a valid M2 Transport Canada AME License, at least five years of aircraft maintenance experience, strong Microsoft 365 skills, solid understanding of CAR's, proven planning and coordination experience, strong customer service, organizational skills under pressure, and being a team player.
Education
Completed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer program or equivalent.
