- 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with state-of-the-art OR (one of the largest in the state)

- C Arm, brand new anesthesiology equipment, skilled radiologists

- 2 days/week

- 50% OR / 50% Clinic

- 4500k/shift negotiable based on experience

- 1099 or employment with modified benefits

- BC Interventional Pain Management required

- FT interest can be considered with negotiable signing bonus
