Qualifications & Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (Matric / Grade 12 accepted)
Diploma or certificate in Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service is advantageous
Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good computer literacy (Excel, spreadsheets, order systems, email platforms)
Basic knowledge of order management or CRM tools (advantage)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Problem-solving and customer service mindset
Technical Requirements (Remote Work)
