CSS TSSM End User Support Agent (Remote)

Full time, Costa Rica

In this role, you will be part of a virtual and international team of End User Support Agents across the world. You will directly help our users with any technology provided by BCD to book & manage their business trips. You will register any incident detected and will apply solutions to incidents and simple service requests.

As an End User Support Agent, you will

• Conduct assessments in a logical way, replicate error or test situations

• Analyze small to medium requirements (one system, one process)

• Execute small to medium complex configuration changes (one system, one logic)

• Coordinate activities with a range of internal or external teams across various issues

• Follow-up product innovation and releases

About you

Basic experience in a similar role is required

Basic analytical skills are required

Experience in the travel industry or experience in managing travel technology

Experience in collaborative and international workspaces

Basic knowledge of GDS Sabre and/or Amadeus is an advantage

Excellent spoken and written language skills in English
