Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 annually commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

Collect and review client documents for completeness and accuracy

Prepare loan packages for submission to lenders

Track loan files and manage the processing pipeline

Communicate with lenders to follow up on files, conditions, and approvals

Work with clients to gather any additional documentation needed

Maintain accurate notes in CRM or loan management systems

Help troubleshoot and escalate files when necessaryQualifications

1+ years of experience in commercial loan processing, mortgage loan processing or bank loan processing

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and follow-up ability

Experience using CRM tools and basic digital document systems

Knowledge of underwriting and lender guidelines is a plusWhat We Offer
