Staybridge Suites Chantilly Dulles Airport is seeking a hands-on, hunter-style Director of Salesto grow extended-stay business and shift share from the Marriott and Hilton extended-stay brandsin the Dulles corridor.
This role is perfect for someone who loves being out in the field, building relationships, and shifting share away from the dominant Marriott and Hilton extended-stay brands in our market not someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day.
This is ideal for a driven Sales Manager ready to step upor a DOS who wants avery high bonus upside based on results.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively prospect, qualify, and closenew corporate, government, and project-based accounts
Shift sharefrom Residence Inn, Homewood Suites, Home2 Suites, and other extended-stay competitors
Build and maintain relationships with government contractors and NRO / Dulles Discoveryrelated firms
Conduct regular outside sales calls, site tours, and client visits
Develop and execute an annual Sales & Marketing Planwith clear, measurable production goals
Work closely with the GM/Revenue Management to improve RevPAR index and overall revenue
Maintain accurate account and activity data in the sales system/CRM
What Were Looking For
3+ years of hotel sales experience(extended stay, select-service, or all-suite preferred)
Proven hunter mentality comfortable with cold calls, drop-ins, and high field activity
Experience competing against Marriott/Hilton extended-stay brandsis a strong plus
Familiarity with government per diem, negotiated corporate rates, and project-driven business
Organized, self-motivated, and data-driven by clear targets and results
Familiarity with STR, Amadeus Demand 360, sales CRMs, and revenue management principles.
Existing Northern Virginia relationships are a plus
Compensation & Incentives
Base salary:$70,000$80,000 (DOE)
Performance bonus:Significant upside, with bonuses tied to:
RevPAR index growth vs. comp set
Total revenue growth(hotel has potential to grow $1M+with fair-share penetration)
Ownership and GM who strongly support salesand reward measurable results
