COMPENSATION RANGE: $120,000 - $140,000
LOCATION: City of Commerce, CA (On-site/In-Field)

ROLE
We’re looking for a passionate and business-minded procurement professional to lead sourcing for key ingredient categories across our bakery and restaurant operations. In this role, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with growers, producers, and suppliers identifying the best partners through events, trade shows, and local markets. You’ll negotiate pricing and supplier agreements, ensure quality and consistency, and collaborate closely with operations, finance, and testing teams to align purchasing with production goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Source and manage key ingredient categories by identifying and establishing relationships with growers, producers, and suppliers through events, farmers markets, and trade shows
· Negotiate supplier agreements and pricing to achieve optimal quality, cost, and consistency
· Partner with testing team to evaluate and approve ingredient performance and specifications
· Maintain supplier relations, performance tracking, and ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries
· Partner with operations and finance to align purchasing strategies with production forecasts and budgets
· Monitor market trends, seasonal shifts, and commodity pricing to anticipate cost fluctuations and ensure supply stability
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes and improve efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS
· 4 –10 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience within bakery, retail chain restaurants, or food manufacturing environments
· Strong negotiation experience with a proven ability to find middle ground in supplier partnerships
· Experience working with restaurant groups, hospitality operations, or regional chains
· Experience managing high-volume ingredient purchasing and cost optimization initiatives
· Knowledge of Las Vegas market and/or grower/broker network a plus
· Background as a baker or culinary professional with solid business acumen is a plus
· Excellent communication, analytical, and vendor management skills
