Talent Acquisition Specialist- Site Management

Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for site management positions across the organization. This role works closely with hiring managers, Regional Vice Presidents, and the People Operations team to identify hiring needs, attract qualified candidates, and ensure a streamlined hiring process. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at building relationships, with a strong understanding of recruiting best practices and applicant tracking systems.
Reports To:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Director of People Operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinate with hiring managers and Regional Vice Presidents to identify staffing needs through regular meetings and communications.
Collect job requirements, screening criteria, and salary expectations to guide recruitment strategies.
Create, manage, and publish requisitions in Paycom, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
Post open roles to external job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Handshake, and actively source passive candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews, assessing qualifications, compensation expectations, availability, and interest.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview scheduling based on team preferences.
Manage candidate progress in Paycom, including dispositioning unqualified applicants and tracking interview outcomes.
Guide hiring managers through the offer request process, ensuring timely completion of Offer Template Forms (OTFs).
Submit offer requests for department head and ownership approval; extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates.
Facilitate communication between candidates and the Onboarding Coordinator to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Collaborate with onboarding and operations teams on background checks, rehire eligibility, and I-9 completion.
Maintain up-to-date records on requisitions, candidate status, and hiring metrics to support reporting and process improvement.
Stay informed of market trends and recommend adjustments to enhance the competitiveness of job offers and benefits.

Required Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Paycom preferred) and external sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines across departments.
High attention to detail, organization, and documentation.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably supporting both corporate and construction environments.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer.
Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation if required for recruiting events or interviews.
