Job Description
This CNC Programming Engineer will:
Program and set up CNC milling machines (4-axis and 5-axis).
Develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures using CAD/CAM systems.
Create and maintain setup sheets, tool sheets, and work instructions.
Determine work holding and fixturing methods for optimal machining.
Interpret blueprints, engineering plans, and apply GD&T standards.
Collaborate with management and engineering on new projects and quotes.
Drive innovation and optimization of machining processes.
Ensure adherence to quality, maintenance, and safety standards.

The Successful Applicant
A successful CNC Programming Engineer should have:
Proficient in Mastercam.
10-20 years of experience in custom CNC machining and tooling.
Mechanical Engineering degree preferred but not required.
Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, SolidWorks).
Hands-on experience with Fanuc controllers and G-code programming.
Strong shop math skills and GD&T knowledge.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
