We are seeking a Board Certified Emergency Medicine or EM-experienced Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician to become a vital part of our Holzer Health Programs. OVP Health, a family-owned physician group, is focused on delivering top-notch care through hospitalist and emergency department services, operating in a supportive and physician-led environment. Job Responsibilities:

Provide emergency medical care in a 20-bed emergency department.

Manage an annual volume of approximately 21,000 emergency department visits.

Work collaboratively with a team, including 24 hours/day of physician coverage and 14 hours/day of advanced practice provider support.

Utilize Paragon EMR for patient care documentation.

Participate in full-time or independent contractor capacities, with flexible scheduling options.

Contribute to the growth of the Holzer Health Programs through exceptional patient care.

Maintain a commitment to continuing education and professional development. Qualifications:

Board Certified in Emergency Medicine OR Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Family Medicine with emergency medicine experience.

At least 12 months/2,000 hours of employment experience in emergency medicine (not including training).

A valid Ohio medical license (in-hand or in-process).

A comprehensive list of emergency procedures for which the candidate is qualified.

Proof of COVID Vaccination Status.

Clean malpractice history and licensing.

DEA registration (must be obtained prior to start). License and Certification Requirements:

Board Certification in Emergency Medicine or relevant specialty.

Ohio medical license.

Clean malpractice record.
