Warwick Castle is recruiting enthusiastic Kitchen Porters to join our friendly team!

The Role

As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting chefs with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, etc)

Keeping food prep and kitchen areas clean and hygienic

Setting up the kitchen before service

Washing dishes and kitchen equipment

Assisting with deliveries and stock organisation

Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

This is an excellent entry-level role for those looking to gain kitchen experience, with real opportunities for development and career progression

Hours & Pay

Contract: Part-time, seasonal (until 5th January 2026)

Shifts: 09:00-17:00, 12:00-17:00, 17:00-22:00 (including weekends & bank holidays)

Hourly Pay Rates: £10.00 (18-20) £12.21 (21+)

Previous kitchen experience is great, but not essential
