Job Location: Baltikuri, Howrah and Kalyani/ Nadia.

Engineers must have knowledge about machineries of our works and must be capable of maintaining all machineries, electrical lines etc.

Mechanical Engineer responsibilities

Equipment:

Oversee the operation and maintenance of heavy machinery such as furnaces, rolling mills, conveyors, and casting equipment.

Maintenance:

Implement and manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.

Design and improvement:

Assist in the design and development of new equipment and contribute to improving existing systems based on feedback and manufacturing constraints.

Technical support:

Provide technical expertise to other teams and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

Electrical Engineer responsibilities

Systems:

Design, install, and maintain electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control circuits for the plant.

Components:

Ensure the efficient operation of electrical components in equipment like furnaces and rolling mill motors.

Diagrams and compliance:

Prepare single-line diagrams (SLD) and ensure that all installations meet project specifications.

Maintenance:

Conduct inspections and perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to prevent failure.

Troubleshooting:

Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot electrical problems to ensure continuous operation.
