The Role: Salesforce Delivery Manager
This role is central to ensuring successful Salesforce project delivery across a diverse portfolio. You will lead and coach delivery teams, maintain high standards, and ensure outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec. You'll play a key role in both project execution and client relationship management, while also supporting pre-sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Bring 3+ years of Salesforce consulting experience to manage delivery across multiple projects
Act as a hands-on coach to delivery teams, guiding best practices in client and project management
Ensure adherence to internal standards, procedures, and delivery excellence
Manage project budgets and hold authority for hiring, performance management, and escalations
Own and strengthen client relationships as the primary point of contact
Partner with Resource Manager on capacity planning and staffing
Support pre-sales with scoping, estimation, and solution shaping
Collaborate with Account Management to grow client accounts and identify new opportunities
About You
3+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with proven delivery across multiple projects
Strong background in project management and professional services sales
Experienced in resource management, utilisation, and capacity planning
Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
Confident in budget management and revision
Process-oriented mindset with the ability to drive improvements
Outgoing, engaging communicator able to build trust at all organisational levels
