Itsinnovative bespoke solutions - such as retrofitting heating elements to preventoutdoor beverage dispensers from failing in low temperatures and custom-madecirculation heaters to heat fuel in large ship engines.Join us as we continue to provide solutions to ourcustomers and the world!The Role:As the CNC Setup Programmer, youwill Provide programming and manufacturing leadership to production cellsthrough programing expertise, tooling usage specification, and integration ofnew technology.

Lead CNC programming efficiency improvements through technologyspecification, best practice manufacturing methodologies, and personneltraining.Your Responsibilities:\nEnsures safety work practices and enforces safety policies\nEnsure parts are programmed and manufactured in accordance with customer specifications.\nAdhere to Quality System.\nProvides guidance on programming, tools, and tool lists to optimize production efficiencies, as well as performs programming functions for new or complex design requirements.\nOverall improvement organization of programs storing and recording in Predator.\nSet Up: Overseeing set up man, assisting existing parts set ups.

First piece inspection report, adjustments, improvements.\nProper S/U Training (start with set up leads). Identify current set up problems and recommend solutions.\nDevelops, recommends, and implements improvements to the CNC programming process including machining methods, tooling, and process control strategies.\nParticipates in PQA process for new designs and provides guidance on methods, tooling, and process controls.\nOversees launch of new designs into the CNC production cells, insuring that all relevant personnel understand machining requirements and proper tooling is engaged.\nRecommends new equipment and equipment enhancements and insures that these capital investments are deployed properly with sufficient training to accomplish goals.\nBe a driver of our strategic vision for bringing our CNC operations to world class status.\n\nOur Requirements:\nThis is a programming role.

Will be 50-50% split programing and set up.\nCNC Programming for 3 to 5 Axis Milling Mastercam 2017 or above.\nLathe programing a plus.\nKnowledge of Okuma machines a plus.\nKnowledge of turn-mill Lathes a plus.\nProgram complex parts from a blue print and model.\nCreate tool sheets and set up instructions with each CNC Program.\nRead prints and maintain close tolerance dimensional quality.\nWork successfully with the process engineers and machine operators to ensure quality parts.\nMastercam Programming experience 3-5 years.\nFamiliar with speeds and feeds.\nStrong understanding of GD&T.\nKnowledge of G-Code and M-Code.\nAbility to work successfully with a team.\nMust be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, both now and in the future.\n\nPay Range: $20.00 - $30.00At Durex Industries, we are not just an employer but a champion of equal opportunities and inclusivity.
