Location: Columbus, Ohio

Setting: Academic Medical Center Level III NICU

A leading health system in Columbus, OH is hiring two full-time OB/GYN Hospitalists to join its academic team. This role is perfect for physicians passionate about resident education, high-risk obstetrics, and serving underserved communities. You'll work in a dynamic clinical teaching environment while helping shape the future of women's health. Role Highlights

Full-time hospital-employed position

12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends/holidays)

Work across three hospital campuses (only one per shift)

Supervise and teach OB/GYN residents on Labor & Delivery

Perform gynecologic surgeries and manage complex OB cases

Multidisciplinary team collaboration

Strong mission focus on community and underserved care Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $300,000 with 5% annual increases

Sign-On Bonus: $35,000 $40,000

Day 1 Benefits: Health, dental, vision, Rx

Time Off:

27 PTO days

Paid holidays (based on pre-scheduled rotation)

CME & Support:

CME allowance

Licensure, certification reimbursement

Malpractice: With tail coverage

Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN

Ohio medical license or ability to obtain

Clean malpractice record
