Head of Development (f/m/d)Your tasks

WITTENSTEIN motion control develops, produces and sells servo motors, gearheads, electronics and software for customer-specific systems that are used in challenging environmental conditions. Our technologies impress with their precision, durability and innovative strength - characteristics that are crucial in aviation, defense, simulator applications, the subsea sector and safety software.

Goal-oriented professional and disciplinary department management through support, promotion and development of team leaders according to the values of our company philosophy

Technical development of innovative products in the areas mentioned

Supporting the interfaces to production and sales in the implementation process

Planning, coordination and realization of development projects with the central interface areas

Maintaining and expanding the scientific networkYour profile

Degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification with a focus on electrical engineering / electronics

Extensive management experience in the environment of a manufacturing company and familiarity with interdisciplinary project teams

Sound know-how in the development of mechatronic drive systems

Expertise in the targeted transformation of innovative ideas into real products

Very good methodological knowledge in analytics, creativity and conception

Fluency in German and English
