Starting with the role:

We are currently searching to hire a Project Manager for the construction of a wastewater treatment unit in Poros.

During your day you will:

Manage and overview plant construction projects to ensure the efficiency of the plant construction process and the delivery of the project on time, in scope and within budget. More specifically:

Cooperate with the Construction team to define the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and deadlines as per contractual terms

Define and coordinate required resources and third parties/vendors/ subcontractors for the flawless execution of projects and perform on site supervision when required

Monitor budget and propose any necessary adjustments to meet budgeting objectives

Develop and maintain required spreadsheets, diagrams, process maps and other project documentation

Participate in the preparation of reports to top management on project issues, performance, progress and compliance with contractors’ agreements’ terms & statutory regulation and propose improvements

Manage changes and improvements to the project scope, project schedule and project costs

Support the projects’ development and design

Participate in the drawing up of final contracts regarding the equipment supplies and services

Coordinate on site visits of the project sponsor team

Supports licensing process from Authorities for the plant construction

What you need to stand out:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field

Master’ degree in Engineering or Project Management related field (non-compulsory – preferably)

At least 5 years of professional experience in Project Management in Public-Sector Infrastructure Projects

Additional experience in sewage works would be considered an asset

Very good command of the English language, written and verbal

Good knowledge of Auto Cad

Strong working knowledge of MS Office

Team spirit

Attention to detail

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Frequent travel flexibility
