Radius Rule Locals within 50 miles are accepted 10% reduction to the bill rate applies General Details NBO: 16 hours EMR: EPIC OT/Holiday Rate: 1.15 Call Back: 1.5 with a 2-hour minimum On-Call Pay: $9/hour Charge/Precept Pay: $6/hour Billable OT Structure For 36–40 hr/week schedules: OT billable after 40 hours For 48 hr/week schedules: OT billable after 48 hours 2025 Holiday Requirements Must work 2 of 3 winter holidays: Christmas New Year’s Thanksgiving Limit 1 day of PTO between: 11/26/25 – 11/30/25 12/23/25 – 1/2/26 (applies to all travelers, regardless of which holidays they work)
