Job Description
Job DescriptionAs a Concrete Superintendent, you will:
Manage all on-site concrete operations from start to finish
Coordinate crews, equipment, and materials to maintain schedule and quality
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Review plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution
Monitor productivity and implement strategies for efficiency
Communicate daily with project managers and clients to ensure alignment
Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports and inspections
Mentor and develop field team members to build a strong workforce

The Successful Applicant
The Successful ApplicantIdeal candidates will bring:
5+ years of experience in concrete construction supervision
Strong knowledge of concrete forming, placing, and finishing techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Proven leadership and communication skills
OSHA 30 certification preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications a plus
