Hiring: Stationery cum General Purchase Manager MedPlus Health Services Limited
MedPlus Health Services Limited is looking for an experienced Stationery cum General Purchase Manager with strong expertise in stationery procurement, printing & packaging materials, and general purchase operations.
Location: Hyderabad
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Work Mode: Work from Office
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement of stationery, office supplies, printing items, and packaging materials.
Handle sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and finalization for all general purchase categories.
Develop and maintain multiple vendors for stationery, printing, corrugated boxes, labels, branding materials, housekeeping consumables, etc.
Review and approve samples for printing & packaging (GSM, ply, finishing, color standard, quality).
Ensure timely PO creation, delivery follow-ups, and coordination with stores/warehouses.
Maintain price comparison sheets, MIS reports, and consumption tracking.
Optimize purchase costs through volume planning, rate contracts, and strong vendor negotiation.
Implement controls to reduce consumption and ensure standardization across all locations.
Desired Candidate Profile
7–15 years of experience in stationery purchase, general purchase, packaging procurement, or indirect procurement.
Strong knowledge of printing materials, corrugated boxes, labels, carry bags, tapes, laminations, and office consumables.
Experience in vendor management, cost negotiation, and procurement documentation.
Hands-on experience with PO process, GRN, stock management, & reorder levels.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
The candidate must be proficient in speaking Telugu, Hindi, and English.
