Hiring: Front Desk Coordinator – Omama Clinic, Delhi & Noida

Omama by MyHealthBuddy is India’s first postpartum healing clinic.

We help new mothers recover from issues like Diastasis Recti, back pain, and pelvic floor problems — with expert care and compassion.

We’re looking for Wellness Coordinators (Front Desk + Ops Assistant) to join our Gurgaon - Sushant Lok, Delhi - Defence Colony and Noida - Sector 104 clinics.

Your Role:

• Welcome clients & manage appointments

• Share details on pricing, package options, and guide them through payment processes

• Coordinate schedules, sessions & follow-ups

• Handle basic billing & payments

You Are:

• Warm, organized & fluent in English + Hindi

• Good with calls, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets

• 1–3 yrs experience in wellness, hospitality, or clinics preferred
