We are looking for an experienced Automation Lead with deep expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks within the security domain. The ideal candidate will have strong hands -on experience in Python, Grafana, and security -related automation, with a proven ability to architect scalable solutions that streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. <\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span b> <\/span>

Design and develop automation frameworks for security processes and tools. <\/span span>

<\/li>

Build reusable components and libraries to accelerate automation initiatives. <\/span span>

<\/li>

Automate dashboards, alerts, and reporting using Grafana for security monitoring and analytics. <\/span span>

<\/li>

Develop robust Python scripts and modules for process automation and integration. <\/span span>

<\/li>

Collaborate with security engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to identify automation opportunities. <\/span span>

<\/li>

Ensure automation solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements. <\/span span>

<\/li>

Optimize existing automation workflows for performance and scalability. <\/span span>

<\/li>

Provide technical leadership and mentor team members on automation standards and practices. <\/span span>

Requirements<\/h3>

Required Skills & Qualifications<\/span b> <\/span>

<\/p>

6–8 years of experience in automation development, with at least 3+ years in the security domain. <\/span span>

<\/li>

Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and framework development. <\/span span>

<\/li>

Hands -on experience with Grafana for dashboard automation and visualization. <\/span span>

<\/li>

Solid understanding of security principles and processes (IAM, monitoring, compliance). <\/span span>

<\/li>

Experience in designing modular and scalable automation frameworks. <\/span span>

<\/li>

Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and integration patterns. <\/span span>

<\/li>

Excellent problem -solving and analytical skills. <\/span span>

<\/li>

Strong communication and leadership abilities. <\/span span>

Preferred Qualifications<\/span b> <\/span>

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). <\/span span>

Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible). <\/span span>

Exposure to SIEM/SOAR platforms and security orchestration. <\/span span>

<\/li>

Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are a plus. <\/span span>
