As a Coffee Route Driver for Culligan Quench, you will be an integral part of our team, working directly with our customers.

This is a high impact position with base salary and commission opportunities.

Responsibilities · Deliver coffee consumables to customers along an assigned route · Upsell coffee-related products to enhance customer value · Clean and maintain coffee equipment and accessories during each customer visit · Perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed on company vehicle · Provide exceptional customer service to clients within your designated territory · Maintain accurate par levels of coffee consumables at the branch, including: o Conducting regular in-branch inventory counts o Coordinating with Supply Chain to replenish low stock levels · Ensure accurate inventory management at the storage shed · Pick up local supply orders from retailers such as Walmart or Sam’s Club · Receive and unload vendor deliveries and organize inventory accordingly · Adhere to company driving standards and safety policies Requirements Must have: - A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record - Basic computer skills to record service and communicate with team members - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow - Ability to lift 70+ lbs, bend, squat, and climb ladders - Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Must be: - Self-starter and proactive - Professional, and customer service oriented
