Job Title: Support Resource Teacher

Location: Primrose School of Leesburg

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:15 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Position Overview:

Primrose School of Leesburg is seeking a dependable and flexible Support Resource Teacher to assist in classrooms as needed. This role supports children and teachers across all age groups to ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

Support classrooms from infants through preschool and after-school as assigned.

Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

Assist with activities, routines, supervision, and classroom transitions.

Follow Primrose curriculum and classroom procedures.

Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience in early childhood education preferred.

Ability to adapt to different classrooms and age groups.

Must meet state licensing and background check requirements.
