Key Responsibilities
Production & Direction:
• Lead end-to-end video production for B2B marketing projects, including leadership interviews, customer
testimonials, employee spotlights, brand films, office culture videos, case studies, and corporate event coverage.
• Direct and guide non-actor talent (executives, employees, customers) to deliver authentic, confident, and compelling on-camera performances, creating a comfortable environment that brings out natural storytelling.
• Conduct pre-production planning including location scouting, shot listing, storyboarding, and technical recce for corporate office spaces, manufacturing facilities, and technology environments.
• Collaborate with creative directors, account managers, and client stakeholders to translate strategic briefs and brand messaging into production-ready shoot plans.
• Execute multi-camera setups for interviews, panel discussions, and corporate presentations, ensuring cinematic quality while maintaining efficiency in fast-paced corporate environments.
• Operate professional cinema cameras, gimbals, sliders, and drones to create dynamic B-roll footage
showcasing office environments, technology solutions, manufacturing processes, and ways of working.
Motion Graphics, Video Editing & Storytelling:
• Lead the post-production process for a variety of video projects, including brand films, customer
testimonials, product launches, event recaps, and internal communications.
• Assemble raw footage into a polished, cohesive, and compelling narrative, ensuring pacing, flow, and
continuity are optimized.
• Collaborate closely with producers, creative directors, and stakeholders to translate creative briefs into final deliverables that meet strategic goals.
• Create and integrate advanced motion graphics, animated text, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and brand messaging
.
Team Leadership & Production Management:
• Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to junior editors and freelancers.
• Contribute to the team's creative vision, proactively suggesting process improvements and innovative approaches to video production.
• Lead on-set crews including assistant camera operators, lighting technicians, audio engineers, and
production assistants to ensure smooth execution of shoot days.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior production staff, fostering skill development and
maintaining high production standards.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges on location, making real-time creative and technical decisions to
maintain production quality and schedule.
Generative AI
• Generate high-quality video content for a variety of purposes, including marketing campaigns, product demos, and social media content, using state-of-the-art AI video tools.
• Develop and execute advanced prompting techniques to achieve desired artistic outcomes, ensuring
consistency in characters, styles, and visual storytelling.
• Design, build, and refine complex AI-assisted pipelines that integrate generative tools with traditional video editing and visual effects software.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, including new models (e.g., Sora, Veo, Runway, Midjourney, etc.) and techniques, to discover new creative possibilities.
• Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges related to AI video generation, including rendering issues and file format limitations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 5-8+ years of professional video production experience, with a strong focus on B2B video editing, motion graphics, corporate shoots, preferably within an agency or in-house corporate production environment.
• Portfolio: A comprehensive showreel demonstrating expertise in building motion graphics based videos, and directing non-actors, corporate interviews, location-based storytelling, and visually compelling B2B brand content across technology and enterprise sectors.
• Technical Proficiency:
o Expert-level camera operation (Sony FX series, Canon C-series, RED, ARRI, or equivalent cinema
cameras)
o Advanced lighting design for corporate environments (LED panels, Kino Flos, HMIs, natural light
control)
o Professional audio capture and monitoring (wireless lavs, boom operation, audio mixers)
• Directing & Soft Skills:
o Exceptional ability to direct and coach non-actors, making executives and employees comfortable on camera
o Strong interview techniques to extract authentic storytelling and key messaging
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to navigate corporate hierarchies and build
rapport with C-suite executives, managers, and employees
• Production Management:
o Proven track record of managing complex multi-day shoots across multiple locations
o Strong organizational skills for pre-production planning, scheduling, and logistics
o Experience with production budgeting and resource allocation
