We're hiring a full-time W-2 Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide K–12 school-based services for the 2025–2026 school year. Whether you're an experienced school SLPA or new to the field, you’ll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work—and is here to help you thrive.

Position Details

Caseload: Multiple caseloads available (K–12)

Schedule: Full time available, roughly 7:30 - 3:30 (depending on school site)

Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Dates: ASAP – May 29, 2026, with potential to renew for 2026 - 2027 school year

Location: Onsite in Austin, Texas

Responsibilities

Provide direct speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Implement treatment plans aligned with students’ IEP goals

Support data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation

Collaborate with supervising SLP, teachers, and school staff

Maintain accurate service logs and assist with reporting

Participate in team meetings as appropriate

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Valid TX SLPA license or registration

Experience in school-based settings preferred but not required

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Ability to follow SLP supervision and implement therapy plans effectively
