Profile:

The Made to Measure Manager embodies the balance between sartorial heritage and contemporary luxury service, acting as a leader in delivering excellence and driving the success of the MTM business. This role not only guides clients through an exclusive and highly personalized journey but also ensures the continuous growth and efficiency of the MTM category within the boutique. With deep expertise in fabrics, craftsmanship, and customization, the Made to Measure Manager sets the standard of excellence, fosters client loyalty, develops the boutique team, and acts as the key liaison with HQ to ensure alignment, innovation, and consistency of the service.

Role responsibilities:

• Lead the Made to Measure business within the boutique, driving performance, ensuring process excellence, and achieving sales and service KPIs.

• Guide clients through the entire MTM journey, from first consultation to final delivery, ensuring precisionand care.

• Serve as a reference point and mentor for the boutique team, providing training, guidance, and coaching to elevate product knowledge, service quality, and MTM expertise.

• Actively contribute to client development, implementing strategies to strengthen loyalty, increase retention, and expand the boutique’s MTM client base.

• Ensure all Sartoria Solomeo selling tools and materials are maintained to the highest standard, consistently aligned with HQ guidelines.

• Oversee MTM events and activations in store, collaborating with marketing and clienteling teams to enhance visibility and client engagement.

• Partner with the in-store tailor to guarantee excellence in technical execution, ensuring consistency in fit, finish, and client satisfaction.

• Uphold and enforce qualitative standards of MTM services, anticipating and minimizing non-conformities through proactive process management.

• Maintain strong communication with HQ, providing updates on client feedback, product insights, and order performance to optimize client experience and product offering.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate partners (marketing, logistics, visual merchandising, training) to maximize the success of the MTM business in store.

• Ensure the boutique environment reflects the brand’s aesthetic, values, and spirit, enhancing both the operational execution and the client journey.

• Act as a true brand ambassador, embodying the philosophy and lifestyle of the brand, and inspiring both clients and team members through professionalism and passion.

• Promote collaboration and accountability within the boutique team, celebrating achievements and fostering a culture of excellence and shared success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the luxury sector, with strong expertise in tailoring or made-to-measure services.

• Solid leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, train, and elevate boutique teams.

• Strong business acumen and a track record of driving performance through service excellence.

• Technical mastery of measurements, fabrics, and proportions, combined with a refined aesthetic sensibility.

• Exceptional clienteling skills, able to build authentic, long-term relationships with discretion and empathy.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English required, other languages a plus.

• Organizational agility, flexibility, and the ability to manage complex processes with precision and efficiency.
