Evotec is seeking a dynamic

Marketing Manager (all genders)

Full time and permanent

to lead strategic marketing initiatives and strengthen Evotec’s position as a global innovator across the R&D value chain.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Program Development

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and the company’s strategic direction

Design and execute multi-channel marketing programs tailored to specific customer segments, service offerings, and regions

Use market insights, competitor intelligence, and scientific understanding to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign direction

Collaborate with Business Development and Operations to ensure alignment between marketing priorities and commercial goals

Content Creation & Channel Management

Oversee the creation of marketing materials across all channels (web, social media, SEO, video, print, exhibitions) while ensuring consistency with Evotec’s brand and visual identity

Develop high-quality content such as brochures, whitepapers, blogs, videos, newsletters, and case studies in collaboration with internal experts and external partners

Strengthen Evotec’s thought leadership and visibility by positioning the company and its experts as innovators across the R&D value chain

Collaboration & Event Support

Work closely with subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and external agencies to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns

Partner with Events and Sales teams to plan and support conferences, workshops, and webinars that showcase Evotec’s capabilities and partnerships

Coordinate with vendors and manage project timelines and budgets to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives

Analytics & Reporting

Define, track, and report marketing KPIs to measure impact and improve marketing ROI

Conduct competitive analyses, customer insights, and satisfaction assessments to inform strategy

Use data and analytics tools (CRM, marketing automation, dashboards) to monitor performance and optimize campaigns

Qualifications:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field

Multiple years of B2B marketing experience in life sciences, biotech, CRO/CDMO, pharma, or healthcare sectors

Proven success in planning and executing integrated, digital-first marketing campaigns

Strong understanding of market and competitive dynamics in scientific and technology-driven environments

Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific content into compelling, audience-relevant messages

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed organization

Commercial acumen combined with creativity and a strategic mindset

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
