Responsibilities**Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award**Peraton is seeking a Continuous Improvement Sr.

Advisor to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for leading continuous improvement activities across the program.

This position works closely with engineers, developers, and program managers.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth experience in federal contracting while supporting high-visibility aviation programs.In this position, you will:\nLead the continuous improvement efforts across the program.\nProvide project management for large continuous improvement projects.\nCoordinate with program teams on continuous improvement efforts.\nCommunicate continuous improvement progress and accomplishments to program leadership.\n\nQualifications\nMinimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.\n16+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.\nU.S.

Citizenship Required.\nMust have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance.\nStrong knowledge of quality frameworks and best practices.\nHands-on experience with continuous improvement techniques\nKnowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nA continuous improvement mindset.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nISO 9001:2015 requirements certification.\nCertifications such as Certified Quality Analyst (CQA) or Six Sigma Green belt / Black belt.\nAbility to use data to support return on invest discussions with program leadership.\nExperience using Jira or other tools to manage the continuous improvement backlog.\nExperience supporting FAA or aviation-related systems.\n\n#BNATC#BNATCPeraton OverviewPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy.

This represents the typical salary range for this position.

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
