This role will report directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor and is responsible for successfully testing and debugging L3 products for delivery or repair.

Essential Responsibilities:\nCompletes manufacturing assembly in compliance with quality specifications, providing mentoring to lower level technicians and assemblers\nExperience assembling electro-mechanical products using hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, socket drivers, torque drivers, crimping tools)\nImplements and provides feedback for operation sequence, and the ability to achieve manufacturing requirements and specifications\nDevelops methods, tooling, and assembly aids required to achieve special design engineering requirements\nExperience soldering electro-mechanical components (CCA, cable build)\nCorrects manufacturing failures by adjusting, or replacing parts or components as directed\nPerforms continuous improvement projects targeting waste affecting product quality, cost, and schedule or other items of value to the business\nMaintain professional standards of performance, demeanor, and judgment at all times as detailed in company policy and procedure\nUphold high ethical standards\nSupport OT (nights, weekends, extended hours) as needed to meet schedule requirements and business needs\nAssist Manufacturing Process Engineering on trends, root causes and corrective actions and participate in process improvement activities\nAdherence to L3Harris policies and procedures, including but not limited to, calibration of equipment, ESD (electrostatic discharge), FOD (foreign object debris/damage) and general housekeeping.\nOther responsibilities as assigned by Management\n\nBasic Qualifications:Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate's degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in prototype and first time build processes\nKnowledgeable in manufacturing process improvement through adoption of more efficient methods using tools such as, lean, six sigma, just do it, and TOC techniques Demonstrated ability to comprehend schematics, logic drawings, layouts, wire lists, and prints\nAble to lift up to 32 lbs.
