Rotation: Monday - Friday G.

# of ORs :14 ORs, OB, EP lab, 2 GI labs, offsite anesthesia I.

Type of Anes Model medically directed J.

Supervision ratio 1:4,1:3 or 1:2 depending on the complexity of cases that day K.

Case types: all cases, high-acuity, general bread and butter, ortho, endo, vascular, heads, hearts – they need people who can handle a large scope of cases.

REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum length of commitment: Full-time only strongly preferred; Will review PT candidates who are presented as a package deal • Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 weeks • Temps Available?
