In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence.

What we Offer:\n\nCompetitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.\nHousing and travel stipends to support your assignments.\nFlexibility to explore new locations every 13 weeks.\nOngoing support from our dedicated team to ensure smooth transitions between contracts.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nAssist in implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising PT.\nHelp patients perform therapeutic exercises and functional mobility activities.\nMonitor and document patient progress, reporting updates to the PT.\nProvide education to patients and caregivers on exercises and rehabilitation techniques.\nEnsure a safe and supportive therapy environment by maintaining equipment and assisting with patient mobility.\nCollaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.\n\nRequirements:\n\nAssociate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.\nActive PTA license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure in multiple states (licensing assistance available).\nMinimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new grads with strong skills are encouraged to apply.\nAbility to quickly adapt to new settings and patient populations.\nStrong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.\nPassion for patient care and a willingness to travel for assignments.\n\nTake your PTA career on the road and gain valuable experience while making a difference!
