What you’ll Do:
Assist in POS, accounting, payroll, and inventory system setup and testing
Support onshore-to-offshore process transitions, documentation, and knowledge transfers
Create SOPs, workflows, KPI templates, and escalation paths
Build reports, trackers, and automation tools (Excel/Google Sheets)
Perform QA checks on data, pricing, inventory, and vendor documentation
Contribute to process improvement and operational readiness projects
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in shared services, back-office, accounting support, or process improvement
Strong English communication (written & verbal)
Knowledge of onshore-to-offshore process transition, SOP creation, KPI setup
Organized, detail-oriented & problem solver
Night shift experience (US time zone)
Bachelor’s degree (business, IT, project management, or related)
