Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Retention Agents for our LATAM Desk and Conversion and Retention Agents for our Portuguese Desk. The ideal candidates will possess a strong foundation in customer service, sales, and retention strategies, with a goal of fostering relationships and enhancing customer loyalty. This role is integral to ensuring customer satisfaction and retention while successfully converting prospects into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers via multiple communication platforms (phone, email, chat) to deliver outstanding service and support.

Assess customer needs and provide customized solutions to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.

Develop and implement effective retention strategies to minimize churn and boost customer loyalty.

Collaborate with the sales team to transform leads into active, engaged customers.

Analyze customer feedback and data to uncover trends and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.

Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.

Partner with cross-functional teams to guarantee a seamless customer journey.

Achieve and exceed performance metrics and targets related to retention and conversion.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, LATAM MARKET (FX INDUSTRY)

Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is required; English proficiency is a plus.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
